This true story began with an exceptional experience I was given in 2006. I had no control over the timing or location of that experience. Thirty Seconds in The Kingdom affirms that heaven does exist and offers a preview of an event that will impact our entire world in the near future. I do not know the day or hour of that event but believe it will happen based on the experience related in this story. This book also offers perspectives on applying real human values in our everyday lives.

You are to be commended for delivering the message of your book in a clear, easy-to-read manner by first laying a solid foundation of background information and then methodically building on that with anecdotes, scriptures, and amazing facts and correlations. Your writing style and author’s voice are both very calm and straightforward, and your compassionate heart shows in every word. I think your book has definitely met your objective in conveying your amazement at being given this vision, your sense of urgency in sharing it, and your desire to see others join you in that effort. You have a very clear, concise writing style that is straightforward, and this serves you well in conveying your message in a way that perfectly represents your frame of mind before, during, and after your vision experience. The logical flow with which you present emails back and forth and notes you took during church services helps to build your case in a way that refutes any prejudgments the reader might have about the subject matter.

If some of us had the same experience, we might dismiss it as crazy and try to forget it. Some might pause and wonder about the experience and then just quietly move on with life. But he could not let the experience go. Sitting in front of his computer screen one day, he had another flash, the flash of Paul on the road to Damascus. It triggered the beginning of really wrestling with this experience of thirty seconds in the Kingdom. And for the last year, expressing doses of assertiveness in books and conversation, in writing and prayer, he’s been trying to figure out what this divine encounter means for all of us. – Pastor Luther
